Returns & Refunds Policy

B2B Sales Only

HempStash.eu supplies products exclusively to business customers (B2B). Consumer rights, including any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal periods that apply to consumer purchases, do not apply to transactions made through our wholesale platform.

Final Sales

All orders placed with HempStash.eu are considered final once they have been confirmed and payment has been received.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any of the following products:

* Hemp Flower
* Hash
* Dry Extracts
* Distillates
* Isolates
* Concentrates
* Cannabinoid-infused products
* Any other consumable or perishable hemp-derived products

Returns will only be considered where required by applicable law or where HempStash has agreed in writing before the goods are returned.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, contains the wrong products, or has a genuine manufacturing defect, you must notify us by email at contact@hempstash.eu within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Your claim should include:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the products
* Photographs of the original shipping packaging and labels

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.

Quality Claims

Natural hemp products may vary in colour, aroma, moisture content, trim, density and appearance. These natural variations do not constitute product defects and are not valid grounds for a refund or replacement.

Replacement or Credit

If, after investigation, HempStash determines that an error occurred on our part or that the products supplied are materially defective, we may, at our sole discretion:

* Replace the affected products;
* Issue a store credit; or
* Provide a partial or full refund.

Any such resolution will be confirmed in writing.

Approved Returns

If HempStash authorises a return in writing:

* A Return Authorisation (RA) must be obtained before shipping.
* Products must be returned unopened where possible and in their original packaging.
* Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes the risk of loss or damage during return transit.

Returns sent without prior written approval may be refused.

Limitation of Liability

HempStash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from any return, refund request, delayed shipment, customs action or product seizure, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Policy Updates

HempStash reserves the right to amend or update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website or through other official communication channels.
