* B2B wholesale customers only.
* Buyer must be a registered business.
* Buyer is responsible for ensuring purchases are lawful in their country.

4. Products

* Product descriptions and images are for guidance only.
* Natural products may vary in colour, aroma, moisture, density and appearance.
* Laboratory reports (COAs) are available on request or where applicable.

5. Pricing

* Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
* Prices may change without notice.
* VAT, duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer unless stated otherwise.

6. Orders

* Orders are subject to acceptance.
* HempStash reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
* Minimum order quantities may apply.

7. Payment

* Payment must clear before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.
* Accepted payment methods:
    * Bank Transfer
    * Credit/Debit Card
    * Cryptocurrency (where available)

8. Shipping

* Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
* Delivery times are estimates only.
* Risk transfers once goods are handed to the courier.
* Shipping delays outside our control are not our responsibility.

9. Inspection of Goods

* Buyers should inspect deliveries immediately.
* Damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours.
* Quality issues must be reported within 5 business days.

10. Returns & Refunds

* Wholesale sales are final.
* Returns only accepted where agreed in writing.
* Incorrect or damaged products may be replaced or credited at HempStash’s discretion.

11. Compliance

* Buyers must comply with all local laws regarding possession, import, resale and distribution.
* HempStash is not responsible for products becoming illegal in the destination country.

* HempStash supplies legal hemp-derived cannabinoid products where permitted.
* Buyers are responsible for verifying legality before importing or reselling.
* HempStash makes no medical claims.

13. Product Variations

Natural hemp products can vary in:

* Colour
* Aroma
* Cannabinoid profile
* Terpene profile
* Moisture
* Density
* Trim quality

These variations do not constitute defects.

14. Intellectual Property

* HempStash logos, branding, product names, photographs and content remain our property.
* They may not be copied without permission.

15. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep pricing, business information and commercial arrangements confidential.

16. Limitation of Liability

HempStash shall not be liable for:

* Customs seizures
* Import refusals
* Lost profits
* Indirect damages
* Courier delays
* Force majeure events

17. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by:

* Natural disasters
* War
* Government actions
* Customs inspections
* Transport disruption
* Industrial action

18. Termination

HempStash may suspend or terminate accounts for:

* Non-payment
* Fraud
* Abuse
* Breach of these Terms
* Illegal resale

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country in which HempStash operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
